In its notification, the FCA said "This firm may be promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm.".
The FCA went on to note that
Firms and individuals cannot promote financial services in the UK without the necessary authorisation or approval.
This firm is not authorised by us and may be targeting people in the UK.
